Delete my account

1. Overview

You can request deletion of your Juice Mobile account at any time. This page describes how to request it, what gets deleted, and what may be retained as required by law.

2. Delete from the app

The fastest way is to delete directly from the app:

  • Open the Juice Mobile app on your phone.
  • Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  • Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
  • Your account is disabled immediately and personal data is removed within 30 days.

3. Delete by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from your registered email to contato@criptonobolso.com.br with the subject "Account deletion request — Juice Mobile". We acknowledge the request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

4. Data we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, profile picture)
  • Check-in history, points and streaks
  • Ranking position and participation
  • Linked wallet address
  • Preferences, device identifiers and personal usage logs

5. Data we may retain

Some records may be kept after deletion to comply with legal and security obligations:

  • On-chain JUICE transactions already executed — public and immutable on the Solana network, outside of our control
  • Financial and tax records required by Brazilian law
  • Anonymous security logs for up to 12 months to prevent fraud

6. Important notices

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Unredeemed points are forfeited. JUICE tokens already sent to your Solana wallet remain yours — outside of our control. We recommend redeeming any pending balance before requesting deletion.
